1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking with Airport Transfers Thetford, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message. Please verify all details (date, time, location) upon confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Full payment may be required in advance or at the time of service. We accept secure payments via Bacs, Cash or Card.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge or be non-refundable. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Delays & Waiting Time

We monitor flight arrivals to adjust pickup times accordingly. A grace period of 30 minutes is included for airport pickups. Additional waiting time may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with driver instructions. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are prohibited in vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk.

7. Luggage & Vehicle Capacity

Please inform us of any oversized luggage or special requirements in advance. Vehicle capacity must not be exceeded; child seats available upon request.

8. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

9. Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. We will accommodate changes where possible but cannot guarantee availability.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information without consent.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
